What you will do

• Prepare and maintain management reporting packages, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
• Analyze company financial performance, costs, and operational metrics, providing variance analysis and business insights.
• Manage the budgeting cycle, supporting various departments in planning and forecasting.
• Develop financial models for planning and forecasting costs, profitability, and various business scenarios.
• Reconcile and validate data across ERP, CRM, and internal sources to ensure reporting consistency.
• Automate reporting using Power Query, SQL, and Apps Script, and support BI dashboards in Power BI.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or budgeting.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, large datasets).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Python, or R.
• Experience with ERP systems such as BAS, QuickBooks, or 1C.
• Skills in Google Apps Script and AppSheet for automation and data optimization.
• Understanding of GAAP or IFRS principles.
• Experience in fintech or marketing performance analysis (CAC, LTV, ROI).
