What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution of vendor marketing campaigns, including planning, timelines, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Brand & Marketing, Category, and Vendor Management teams.
• Track campaign budgets and analyze performance data to drive commercial outcomes.
• Refine marketing briefs and ensure seamless delivery of initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistent campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing project management or coordination.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in IT or retail sectors is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing tools and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management.
