What you will do
- Create and adjust production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.
- Monitor production schedules, output, and material readiness while minimizing shortages and excess inventory.
- Balance project demand with manpower, equipment, materials, and workflow capacity.
- Manage production orders in SAP, including release, adjustment, and closure.
- Collaborate with Production, Project Management, Order Processing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth execution.
- Analyze performance, shortages, and capacity trends; drive continuous improvement through automation and digitalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in a PMC environment, including at least 2 years in production planning or material management.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP, including SD, PP, and MM modules, and production planning processes.
- Experience with supply planning, scheduling, forecasting, execution monitoring, and capacity analysis.
- Hands-on experience with MES, LES, PES, APS, Excel, VBA, Access, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and RDA/RPA tools.
- Experience in project management, lean or agile supply chain practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in multicultural or international environments.
