TL;DR

New Business Account Executive (Cypriot Market): Own outbound pipeline generation and sales to SMEs and finance leaders in Cyprus, converting inbound leads and running full sales cycles across multi-currency accounts, treasury products, FX, and expense management. Focus on multi-channel prospecting, refining ICP and playbooks with Sales Director, and feeding market intelligence to Product and Marketing.

Location: Hybrid model in Limassol office, Barcelona, Milan, Serbia, or fully remote outside office locations. Targeting Cypriot market.

What you will do

  • Own outbound sales in Cyprus: prospect and engage SMEs, finance leaders, and decision-makers via cold calls, LinkedIn, events, and networks.
  • Build qualified pipeline and convert inbound leads into customers across full product suite.
  • Run end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, close, and handover to onboarding.
  • Develop understanding of local SME landscape, competitors, and segment dynamics.
  • Partner with Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, playbooks, and CRM forecasting.
  • Represent at local events and provide market insights to Product and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in FinTech, SaaS, banking, treasury, or financial services.
  • Proven outbound track record building pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience selling to founders, finance leaders, and C-level at SMEs.
  • Strong commercial instincts, analytical mindset, and self-management.
  • Hands-on with CRM and sales tech stack.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
