TL;DR

Senior Relationship Analyst (Agribusiness): Providing prudential and client relationship support to Major Agribusiness Clients (MAC) account managers with an accent on credit risk analysis, AML/CTF compliance, and operational management. Focus on managing complex client journeys from request to settlement and ensuring disciplined execution of banking policies.

Location: Must be based in Toowoomba, Australia (On-site)

What you will do

  • Support MAC Account Managers in managing new and existing client relationships and business development.
  • Prepare loan applications and execute branch prudential management tasks.
  • Perform comprehensive CDD risk analysis, including AML/CTF and KYC requirements.
  • Collaborate with credit analysts and account managers on client reviews and deal planning.
  • Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, taking appropriate commercial and prudential action.
  • Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, including Audit, Credit, and Business Continuity.

Requirements

  • Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
  • Experience in a similar role within banking, finance, or agriculture.
  • Strong understanding of client structures and customer service environments.
  • Ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management and operational tasks.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
