What you will do
- Develop and execute US events strategy including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and proprietary events to drive leads and sales.
- Manage event logistics: venue, vendors, booth setup, materials, speakers, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with content and sales teams on messaging, demos, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Design pre- and post-event campaigns across email, social, and paid media.
- Analyze event performance with metrics like attendance, lead quality, pipeline, and ROI; manage budgets.
- Oversee external agencies and partners for smooth execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years in events marketing or field marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or fintech
- Track record planning, executing, and optimizing events focused on lead gen and pipeline growth
- Manage complex logistics, budgets, vendor negotiation, on-site execution
- Develop multi-channel pre/post-event campaigns
- Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce for event management, tracking, reporting
- Strong analytical skills, project management, communication; collaborate with sales and teams
