What you will do

  • Develop and execute US events strategy including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and proprietary events to drive leads and sales.
  • Manage event logistics: venue, vendors, booth setup, materials, speakers, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams on messaging, demos, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Design pre- and post-event campaigns across email, social, and paid media.
  • Analyze event performance with metrics like attendance, lead quality, pipeline, and ROI; manage budgets.
  • Oversee external agencies and partners for smooth execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in events marketing or field marketing, ideally B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Track record planning, executing, and optimizing events focused on lead gen and pipeline growth
  • Manage complex logistics, budgets, vendor negotiation, on-site execution
  • Develop multi-channel pre/post-event campaigns
  • Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce for event management, tracking, reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, project management, communication; collaborate with sales and teams
