What you will do

• Plan, execute, and maintain performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end creative strategies to scale growth.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
• Conduct continuous experiments to find new growth opportunities and efficiency.
• Manage both strategic planning and tactical campaign execution, including traffic data analysis.
• Track and report daily KPIs including revenue, conversions, CPA, and CPI.

Requirements

• 6+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns via creative strategy.
• Expertise in rapid scaling on at least two of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads.
• Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok, Quora, or Reddit Ads.
• Strong analytical skills for setting up, running, and reporting on experiments.
• Ability to optimize and scale campaigns based on funnel analysis.
