What you will do

• Perform end-to-end Salesforce development covering solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop integrated solution architecture for new use cases across the CRM landscape.
• Co-create and coordinate the Salesforce roadmap for the organization.
• Define security architecture and data protection protocols within the CRM domain.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and partner systems to drive integrations and effort estimations.

Requirements

• Advanced Apex development skills, including triggers and asynchronous processing.
• Expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), including architecture and reactivity.
• Solid knowledge of programming patterns, layered design, and REST API integrations.
• Experience in platform administration (profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, and sharing).
• Fluent English proficiency; German language skills are a significant plus.
• Must be based in Switzerland to work from home or the local office.
