What you will do

• Develop and implement frameworks to achieve business strategies and ensure effective adoption by front office teams.
• Lead transformational initiatives by breaking down complex problems into structured workstreams and tracking deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and business units to drive alignment.
• Design and deliver change management plans and training programs to ensure organizational readiness.
• Strengthen governance structures and implement control mechanisms to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance and provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in Strategy Planning, Change Management, or Management Consulting, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of private banking, ideally with front office experience.
• Proven track record of supporting complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
