• Maintain Flight Operations systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Dispatch flights efficiently while ensuring all company and regulatory checks are performed.

• Conduct daily aircraft inspections and inventory checks.

Requirements

• Associate or college degree in a job-related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in aviation planning, scheduling, or operational customer service environments.
• Knowledge of commercial aviation, flight training concepts, and planning methodologies.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and interpersonal communication skills.
