What you will do

• Own the end-to-end PCB procurement process from RFQ and quote analysis to PO management and delivery.
• Translate engineering specifications, BOMs, and Gerber files into clear requirements for contract manufacturers.
• Manage and build relationships with contract manufacturers, including conducting on-site visits.
• Optimize costs and lead times by negotiating pricing, MOQs, and technology trade-offs.
• Mitigate supply chain risks by monitoring material availability and proposing technical alternates.
• Coordinate production ramp-ups and manage engineering change impacts on procurement.

Requirements

• Technical background in electronics or PCBs with the ability to read schematics, BOMs, and Gerber/ODB++ files.
• Experience in electronics procurement or supply chain management, ideally with PCB fabs or assembly partners.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in both English and German for clear communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT principles, PLM systems, and quality standards like IPC or AS9102.
