What you will do

• Handle hardware development and maintenance of high-power UPS systems (500 kW and above).
• Complete schematic design of key circuits and power device selection.
• Design magnetic components and filtering circuits.
• Independently handle prototype debugging and system integration, analyze and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from development to mass production, and deliver design documentation.
• Support field/market issue analysis, component substitution, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in UPS, power supply, or power electronics product development.
• Strong English communication skills, with frequent interaction with overseas stakeholders.
• Diligent, responsible, and a good team player.
