What you will do

• Design and optimize charging systems and components from concept to mass production.
• Translate system requirements into detailed design specifications and engineering documentation.
• Conduct prototype builds, system integration, and performance analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and manufacturing to drive technical decisions.
• Perform supplier technical evaluations, component selection, and performance validation.
• Contribute to cost, manufacturability, and reliability assessments to align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proven capability in product design and development following standard engineering processes.
• Experience in developing charging systems, electrical systems, or new energy related products.
• Strong structured analytical and systems-thinking skills for complex problem-solving.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical viewpoints and drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Qingdao, China.
