What you will do

• Lead the design and development of electrification site solutions from requirements analysis to implementation.
• Translate customer and site needs into detailed technical specifications, interface definitions, and design solutions.
• Manage solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis, including troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, mechanical, and quality) to drive technical decisions.
• Evaluate suppliers and conduct technical selection for key components and subsystems.
• Perform cost, manufacturability, and reliability assessments to ensure business objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Proven capability in product and solution design, validation, and engineering problem-solving.
• Strong structured analysis skills and systems thinking approach.
• Experience with engineering documentation, design reviews, and test validation processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Qingdao, China.

Nice to have

• Experience in electrification or energy systems development.
• Familiarity with system integration and application-scenario-level testing.
• Experience in prototype development and on-site system debugging.
