What you will do

• Lead and promote safety processes and safe systems of work
• Develop and maintain schedules to ensure project deliverables are met on time
• Manage site works conducted by external providers and track parts ordering
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and engineering to provide customer-centric solutions
• Improve operational procedures to make products more reliable and cost-effective
• Implement new technologies, including automation and computer-aided manufacturing software

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking skills for root cause analysis and problem solving
• Proven ability in product testing approaches, strategies, and tactics
• Experience troubleshooting technical problems in a product development environment
• Effective communication skills for interpreting complex technical needs
• Must have valid work authorization for Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
