What you will do

• Act as the on-site technical representative responsible for condition monitoring and inspection services across fixed plant equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections and non-destructive testing using ultrasonic testing, 3D scanning, and visual assessment techniques.
• Gather critical performance data and provide reliable reports to support customer operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to translate on-site findings into meaningful technical insights.
• Proactively identify product performance trends and market intelligence to strengthen technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Associate Diploma in Engineering preferred, or experience as an Engineering product specialist.
• Must be based in or able to work in Burswood, Australia.
• Experience with 3D scanning technologies (desirable).
• Mining site experience (desirable).
• Experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting (desirable).
• Exposure to wear materials (desirable).
