What you will do
- Lead reliability strategy and optimize asset lifecycles to maximize plant uptime.
- Deliver end-to-end capital projects, ensuring strong governance, cost control, and business outcomes.
- Champion HSEQ, safety compliance, and risk management to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and achieve corporate targets.
- Manage maintenance and project budgets to deliver cost efficiency and savings.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence to boost site productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dee Why, Australia
- 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in delivering capital projects and managing reliability programs.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience leading high-performing teams within a production environment.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management, Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma.
- Specialized training in safety, hazard identification, and risk management.
