What you will do

• Provide high-level technical support to customers, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to collect operational data, perform inspections, and support product performance reviews.
• Assist with troubleshooting product issues and support product failure investigations.
• Support the development of new products through 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD modeling.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and product case studies.
• Coordinate with Senior Design Engineers to ensure project requirements and safety-in-design standards are met.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Foundry Industrial Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and CAD models.
• Experience within mining, heavy manufacturing, foundry, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and engineering standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Must be able to work onsite in Burswood or Kalgoorlie.

• CAD qualifications or exposure.
