What you will do

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Trading teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and performance management for team members.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional financial regulations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales within financial services, ideally with retail clients and LATAM markets.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of trading products including FX, CFDs, equities, and crypto.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory); Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM market specifics, including client behavior and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
