What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Guide manufacturing partners on in-line production quality control, assisting with first production qualification and problem-solving.
• Investigate and address quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factory compliance with company standards and rigorous documentation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally within consumer goods or retail industries.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or field quality control.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis applied in manufacturing.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico
