Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead customer engagements from problem discovery to the deployment of production-grade AI solutions.
• Design and build pragmatic, agentic AI systems involving multi-step workflows and interactions with external systems.
• Develop high-quality production code to integrate models and agents into cloud or on-premises customer platforms.
• Architect and operate end-to-end AI systems, including monitoring and iteration in production environments.
• Validate and communicate technical performance and business value to customer stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and set technical direction based on AI engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering AI systems into production, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, or comparable languages such as Rust or Go.
• Practical experience with modern ML and AI frameworks like PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals in data structures, data modelling, and system architecture.
• Proven experience operating and supporting AI systems at scale in production.
