What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for real-world business challenges.
• Build AI-powered products and scalable AI architectures.
• Optimize machine learning models for production environments.
• Apply deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on high-impact consulting projects.
• Share engineering best practices, contribute to AI research, and engage with the broader AI engineering community.

Requirements

• Penultimate-year, final-year undergraduate, or postgraduate student in AI Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Final-year or postgraduate study completion, or graduation, with no more than 1–3 years of work experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with scalable AI systems, model deployment, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
