Senior Copywriter

TL;DR

Senior Copywriter (Digital Marketing): Developing imaginative storytelling and digital voices for world-class experiences with an accent on brand alignment and UX/UI integration. Focus on creating multi-channel content, driving consensus across cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff.

Location: Hybrid (London). Must work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with creatives and strategists to devise imaginative, on-brand digital storytelling solutions.
• Create and review copy for emails, landing pages, and other digital channels to ensure alignment with platform guidelines.
• Ensure content adheres to specific brand guidelines, such as the Airbnb voice and tone.
• Partner with designers and creative directors to audit and revise content templates and guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional partners to balance business goals with the needs of guests and hosts.
• Champion creative directions with clients and provide mentorship to junior copywriting staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or client-side environment.
• Full understanding of the web, emails, landing pages, and general marketing/advertising.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and style for diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts and practices.
• Proven ability to think creatively and maintain acute attention to detail under demanding deadlines.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
