What you will do

  • Prepare and distribute monthly commission statements via CaptivateIQ with precision.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market teams to ensure data consistency.
  • Build and maintain new compensation plans aligned with company policies and sales goals.
  • Scale and enhance compensation processes to support rapid business growth.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis for Sales Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve inquiries from sales representatives regarding their payouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or data analytics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to exploring and applying AI tools for workflow automation.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Experience with commission automation software, specifically CaptivateIQ.
