What you will do

• Manage AR operations including issuing invoices, performing cash application, and maintaining customer ledgers.
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing blockers.
• Execute collection activities, prepare customer statements, and track dispute statuses.
• Translate finance workflows into system logic and automation rules for AI agents.
• Implement AI-driven solutions for invoice validation and AR anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with Finance IT to define technical requirements, data fields, and exception routing for automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in AR, Billing, or Cash Application (internships considered).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience as an AI tool power user or designer.
• Strong professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with project-based billing or professional services environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
