What you will do

• Manage recurring sales commission processing in Xactly, including calculation, validation, and payroll preparation.
• Upload and validate quotas, one-off payments, adjustments, and other manual commission inputs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine Xactly plan, data, and calculation issues.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly commission processing timelines to ensure on-time delivery to Payroll.
• Identify and proactively escalate discrepancies, data issues, or process gaps.
• Support commission close activities, including SPIFF processing, LOA adjustments, and new hire setup.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on Xactly Incent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets accurately.
• High attention to detail, specifically regarding work that impacts payroll and compensation.
• Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure during monthly and quarterly close cycles.
