What you will do

• Advise the Managing Director and Management Team to ensure the effectiveness of business practices and recommend sustainable changes.
• Perform research and value-added analyses to support the development of AOC's strategic direction and goals.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities for AOC and Saudi hirify.global.
• Monitor strategy implementation and suggest improvements to reach strategic goals.
• Coordinate quarterly strategic reviews and MIS meetings.
• Prepare high-level presentations and documentation on behalf of the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or an industry-related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years with AOC or affiliated companies.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong strategic insight and financial acumen from a global perspective.
