HR Business Advisor

What you will do

• Advise the Managing Director and management team on strategic direction, objectives, and business practices.
• Conduct value-added analyses and research to support strategic planning and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor strategy implementation, organizational campaigns, and change processes, recommending sustainable improvements.
• Ensure services comply with Saudi hirify.global and major customer requirements.
• Coordinate quarterly strategic reviews and management information meetings.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for the Managing Director and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related industry discipline.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent strategic insight and financial acumen from a global perspective.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with hirify.global Europe or an affiliated company.
• Ability to understand operational and financial factors, evaluate metrics, solve complex problems, and work independently.
