• Support data analytics within the Global ITP team to generate actionable insights.
• Analyze and optimize the end-to-end communication journey for global stakeholders.

• Improve the visual design of communication materials to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate within a dynamic, international HR environment.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at a Dutch University (Bachelor or Master).
• Relevant field of study such as Data Analytics, Communication, Markethirify.global, Media, Design, or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical mindset paired with creative design affinity.
• Proactive, hands-on, and structured approach to work.
