What you will do

• Drive sales growth for 3-phase AC power products in the North American market.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with consulting engineers and contractors.
• Support technical proposals and design documentation to facilitate the delivery process.
• Coordinate account planning and engagement strategies for key clients.
• Lead customer communications and facilitate factory visits.
• Provide industry feedback to product managers to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry sales experience.
• Technical knowledge of 3-phase AC power products and applications.
• Experience managing large, complex Requests for Quote (RFQs).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
