What you will do

• Develop proactive internal communication strategies to connect employees to the mission and core company priorities.
• Manage the editorial calendar for all internal communication channels to ensure consistent engagement.
• Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to define and refine hirify.global's employer brand.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executives, drafting communication plans, emails, and briefing materials.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools and integrated intranet systems to improve information accessibility.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in internal communications within the tech industry.
• Proven experience executing communication strategies for rapidly scaling companies.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, clear language for a broad audience.
• Experience as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders and executives.
• Experience launching company-wide systems such as intranets and AI productivity tools.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA, and available to work in-office at least 3 days per week.
