What you will do

• Lead full design cycles for POS features, partnering with Senior Designers for critique and direction.
• Develop holistic systems and native UI patterns specifically for iOS to help users complete tasks quickly.
• Conduct field research by visiting venues and talking to operators to align designs with real-world needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering, product, and UX research.
• Contribute to the long-term POS product vision and the consistency of the cross-platform design system.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Solid experience designing native iOS or comparable native mobile applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Google Suite, JIRA, and other prototyping tools.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English required for global collaboration.
• Ability to design interconnected experiences across mobile, touch, and desktop platforms.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with or genuine curiosity about hospitality service workflows.
• Foundational design-related education (e.g., Bachelor of Design, Visual Arts, or Architecture).
• Spoken German skills.
