What you will do

• Lead and contribute directly to design execution while guiding teams to deliver high-quality product, UX, and visual design work.
• Define and uphold design excellence standards through clear critique, direction, and mentorship.
• Partner with clients as a trusted design advisor to align design direction with business goals.
• Drive product strategy alignment by ensuring design decisions support roadmaps and user needs.
• Collaborate with business development teams to scope engagements and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and nurture a strong design culture by hiring, mentoring, and developing inclusive, high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams in complex product environments.
• Deep expertise in UX, product design, research, strategy, and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong visual design sensibility and awareness of modern design trends and tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, service design, and systems design principles.
