Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the UX quality of a key platform area, from information architecture and user flows through pixel-level execution.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, data analysis, and prioritization of product opportunities.
• Build AI-assisted, clickable prototypes, test them with real users, and validate concepts before engineering work begins.
• Turn prototypes into clear specifications and collaborate closely with engineers through delivery.
• Strengthen the design system across concepts, principles, and production implementation.
• Use product metrics and user feedback to evaluate the impact of shipped experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking.
• High proficiency in Figma, including components and design system work.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with customer interviews, usability testing, and translating findings into design changes.
• Ability to read product metrics and use them to inform design decisions.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and using AI tools to build working prototypes.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, the creator economy, marketplaces, or EdTech.
• Frontend familiarity, such as React or similar technologies.
• German language skills.
• Experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or shipping code.
