What you will do

• Run end-to-end product discovery using AI vibe coding tools to prototype and validate concepts.
• Own the UX quality of assigned product areas, from information architecture to high-fidelity execution in Figma or code.
• Directly build and ship parts of the product in the production environment, collaborating closely with engineers.
• Synthesize user feedback, market signals, and KPIs into actionable product insights and decisions.
• Bridge the gap between product, design, and engineering to compress feedback loops and increase delivery speed.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany
• Mid to senior-level UX and product design skills with a strong portfolio of shipped experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with vibe coding (prototyping directly in code).
• Strong understanding of design systems and their execution in production.
• Experience in user research (interviews, usability tests) and data analysis of product metrics.
• Ambition to evolve into a full Product Builder role across PM and engineering domains.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, marketplaces, creator economy, or EdTech.
• Deep technical expertise in frontend development, specifically React.
• German language proficiency.
