What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives to improve activation, retention, and revenue.
• Define hypotheses and design experiments in collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Rapidly prototype and test new features using A/B testing and behavioral data.
• Evolve the design system by introducing innovative interaction patterns, motion, and micro-interactions.
• Identify and remove friction points across user flows to improve conversion and usability.
• Mentor other designers to elevate the overall quality of the design practice.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level growth role.
• Strong expertise in UX, UI, and visual design with a portfolio proving impact on growth metrics.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-informed decision-making.
• Experience designing scalable digital products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for a global collaborative environment
