What you will do

• Brainstorm and define early feature concepts with stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes.
• Present design rationale in peer reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Leverage analytics and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and evolve the internal design library.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar industry-standard tools.
• Ability to reduce complex user flows into clean, understandable diagrams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration.
• Extensive portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
