What you will do

• Design and optimize web and mobile interfaces based on user needs and business metrics.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface specifications.
• Conduct UX analysis, identify usability issues, and validate design hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and QA teams.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system and UI standards.
• Participate in competitive benchmarking and post-launch user behavior evaluation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-focused teams.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping).
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product design process.
• Experience designing complex user flows, navigation systems, and responsive interfaces.
• Familiarity with product metrics and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2C, entertainment, iGaming, fintech, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like FullStory, Hotjar, GA, or Tableau.
