What you will do

• Operate and monitor SLS systems (e.g., EOS P110) using polymers like PA12 and PEEK.
• Manage EBM systems (e.g., Arcam EBM Q10plus) for titanium implantable components.
• Handle powder preparation, sieving, blending, and material refresh management.
• Perform post-processing, depowdering, and dimensional accuracy inspections.
• Maintain rigorous build logs and material traceability for FDA and ISO 13485 compliance.
• Implement process improvements and report KPIs on Daily Management boards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Manufacturing or Engineering Technology.
• Experience handling metal powders, preferably titanium alloys.
• Understanding of powder-bed fusion parameters and GD&T.
• Strong documentation skills for regulated manufacturing environments.
• Full-time US work authorization required (no sponsorship).

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SLS and/or EBM systems.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
