What you will do

• Assemble and test complex systems within a clean room environment following strict technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical problems during the assembly and testing process.
• Contribute to pilot production processes and the transition to volume manufacturing.
• Monitor production plans and coordinate the use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members while supporting cross-functional process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality guarantees and standardization protocols.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift hours and a compressed work week schedule (12-hour shifts, rotating 3-4 days).
• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment with full gowning requirements.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a technical assembly environment.
• Lean Manufacturing training (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Experience with SAP, Office, and SPC programs.
• Previous experience as an hirify.global Technician 4.
