What you will do

• Own AR and PR strategy and program direction for the Equity business, including briefing plans and messaging priorities.
• Direct agency execution of AR and PR programs to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Track and report on analyst coverage, media placements, and share of voice to demonstrate impact.
• Develop customer communications for the Equity AIP program in partnership with Customer Success and Marketing.
• Support crisis communications planning and response for the Equity business.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure communications are accurate and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of communications experience with direct work in both PR and analyst relations.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to direct agency partners and manage program workflows.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex messaging into compelling narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or alongside a communications agency.
• B2B technology or SaaS industry experience.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
