What you will do

• Build and manage technical relationships with strategic cloud and ISV partners including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, and technical use cases for joint solutions.
• Support hyperscaler competencies, cloud marketplace alignments, and consumption modeling.
• Influence hirify.global product roadmap based on partner ecosystem trends and integration priorities.
• Create technical enablement assets and deliver sessions for internal and partner teams.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and contribute to technical content like blogs and whitepapers.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or similar customer/partner-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS (required), working knowledge of Azure and GCP.
• Experience with hyperscaler AI platforms, generative AI, LLMs, or agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years with MDM, data integration, or enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives; up to 25% travel.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
• Azure/Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience with cloud marketplaces and target industries like Life Sciences, Healthcare, Financial Services.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or data management companies.
