What you will do

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Optimize sales operations, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency and win rates across the funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and finance teams.
  • Analyze key sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent with a focus on scalability and career growth.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Toronto for on-site work.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience managing and scaling inside sales teams in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in competitive, high-growth environments.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and generative AI.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment scaling teams from the ground up.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global’s AI platform or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of modern sales enablement tools and methodologies.
