What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify sales opportunities and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations of OEE solutions to showcase improvements in availability, performance, and quality.
- Architect tailored solutions integrating OEE into client ecosystems, ensuring connectivity with PLCs, SCADA, and MES.
- Quantify and articulate the ROI of IoT-driven solutions to stakeholders ranging from plant engineers to C-level executives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide field feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Manage technical sales details and client interactions using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or applications engineering within the industrial automation sector.
- Strong expertise in PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), SCADA, HMI, and protocols like OPC UA, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP.
- Deep understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) concepts, calculations, and value drivers.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in customer-facing field scenarios.
- Ability to travel approximately once a month for customer engagements and deployments.
