What you will do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using vibration spectrum analysis and advanced PdM tools.
- Resolve complex technical problems by delivering accurate and timely engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and recommend product improvements.
- Provide technical support via Helpdesk, email, and remote sessions.
- Document all actions and client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
- Create and maintain support resources and knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- Vibration Analysis CAT III certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
- Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial processes and PPCM operational routines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
