What you will do
- Respond to inbound calls, SMS, and emails with warmth and efficiency.
- Vet and confirm online bookings to ensure pet safety and client satisfaction.
- Support rescheduling requests to minimize hassle for clients and stylists.
- Provide real-time assistance to Pet Stylists in the field via SMS.
- Document all interactions accurately within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Philippines.
- Must be available to work US time zone hours.
- Experience in customer support or client relations.
- Confidence using phone, SMS, and email communication channels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable leveraging CRM systems and dynamic workflows.
