What you will do

  • Manage high-volume interactions across comments, DMs, and reviews, mirroring the brand voice.
  • Investigate complex issues independently, finding solutions before escalating.
  • Navigate sensitive public conversations, using social awareness to cut through cultural barriers.
  • Flag recurring themes in social feedback to help improve the "Help Centre" or internal workflows.
  • Use tools like Zendesk, Sprout Social, and Shopify to maintain response times and quality scores.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media support for high-volume brands.
  • Sharp writing skills to handle difficult or sensitive situations in a public forum.
  • Resilient and curious, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage own energy during busy periods to stay consistent and positive under pressure.
