What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve technical or account-related incidents.
- Manage the support ticket backlog to ensure timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Handle sensitive customer data with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Native Spanish and advanced (C1) English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and hospitality.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Aircall.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Personal computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
- Must be located in one of the specified LATAM countries.
