Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Experience in project and small team management.
• Valid driver's license with a good standing record.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in North America.

Nice to have

• Maintenance-specific experience with CBM and CMMS tools.
• Implementation experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
