What you will do
- Support customers with CBM and CMMS project initiatives.
- Ensure optimal ROI and customer satisfaction by managing internal and external resources.
- Drive account growth through relationship building and successful project delivery.
- Lead project kick-offs and provide training to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Experience in project and small team management.
- Valid driver's license with a good standing record.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in North America.
Nice to have
- Maintenance-specific experience with CBM and CMMS tools.
- Implementation experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
