What you will do
- Aggressively prospect and generate new business leads to exceed sales quotas.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage and grow client relationships using HubSpot CRM.
- Analyze client needs and market trends to tailor development strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align solutions with client goals.
- Represent the company at industry events to identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Outbound Prospecting in software or technology.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
- Advanced outbound and cold calling skills (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
- Ability to engage in high-level IQ conversations.
Nice to have
- Extensive experience in B2B software sales.
- Advanced sales and business development certifications.
- Fluent in English.
