What you will do

• Manage multiple high-complexity implementation projects independently from start-up to go-live.
• Design and configure solutions for complex integrations and custom client requirements.
• Oversee EDI and integration testing, resolving advanced mapping challenges.
• Lead cross-functional teams and serve as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Anticipate project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project health and maintain PSA tool accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4-7 years of experience in EDI implementation or technical project management.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.
