What you will do

  • Drive the talent acquisition strategy for the Mexico market aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles from intake sessions to offer negotiation.
  • Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with senior leadership and People Ops to forecast hiring needs and align compensation with local market practices.
  • Optimize ATS workflows in Workday and report on key recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and conversion rates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to evolve and enhance the employer brand within the Mexico talent market.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong knowledge of the Mexico talent market and hiring landscape.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, specifically Workday.
  • Proven experience hiring for digital marketing, agencies, or high-growth environments.
